DescriptionReport cash, in versions before, in field "initial" showed the initial balance in date from selected to this cash.
Now, this field in date from selected is void.

This issue is not reproduced in pi, but date to range was not taken correctly. Date To parameter was not correctly taken: it was taken as one day less. For example if dateFrom was '18-10-2006' and dateTo was '19-10-2006', only movements of 18-10-2006 where shown: the dateTo value was not inclusive.
