DescriptionFor development purposes and to avoid strictest advertising-blocker daemons , Openbravo ERP should work fine even if non CSS files are loaded.
Also, that would ease automated testing, cross platform development, skin development, mobile modules development, etc.
Furthermore, this non-CSS version could have only basic functionality.
