0008029: Openbravo2Po generates char=UTF-8 in .po file, while character encoding is ISO-8859-1
Openbravo2Po generates char=UTF-8 in .po file, while character encoding is ISO-8859-1 (because of german umlaute)

POEdit results in a "Failed to convert file contents to Unicode"

After manually changing the charset to ISO-8859-1, PoEdit opens the file
Export german translation from Openbravo and convert xml with openbravo2po. Try to open with poedit a file which contents german umlaute
Correct the Openbravo export function, which exports the german translation with
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>

Hello mgerke,

using of german umlaut does not automatically for you to use iso-8859-1 encoding. But if openbravo2po exports a header with utf-8 marker end exports the german umlaut in iso-8859-1 encoding then this combination will not be working.
