Summary0007781: "zero" error message displayed when error is not a constraint violation but contains "text" pattern
DescriptionThis is another deficiency of the ErrorTextParserPOSTGRE class. When the error message is not about a constraint violation, but contains a text like "text" then no error is displayed to the user instead of the original error message.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a new client/organisation (in trunk)
Without fixing in 7765 go to:
Generate the report for Financial Management > Accounting > Analysis Tools > Withholding report
Do not enter any values in the fields
Press the printer icon in the toolbar.
