Summary0007759: Drag and drop does not work in trees
DescriptionUsing drag and drop to update a tree window seems not to be working. See steps.
Steps To Reproduce1. Go any tree, for example Financial Management > Accounting > Setup > Account tree > Element > Element Value (and click the show tree)
2. The window opens with a given layout (see attach 1)
3. Move one item to be child of another (see attach 2). Note the message says everything is ok.
4. Close the window, and open it again. You see no change was made (see attach 3)
