Description

Update table identifiers process fails in customizations with customized tables that do not follow the modularity naming rules.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Upgrade to 2.50 a customization containing new tables that do not follow the modularity naming rules.
2. Check these tables are in ad_exceptions table
3. Enter the application: go to linked items
4. Click on a window link
5. Note that all the links appear as **

Take into account exceptions table in ad_table_trg trigger.
