0007627: Clarify if one role can have access to multiple clients.

Description

Some code is prepared to handle a list of clients which are accessible from one role. But currently it seems not possible to setup this situation in the user interface.

It should be clarified if this feature should be supported in the future and then the UI should be modified and all code audited to be working in this case.

Otherwise the code could be simplified to not support a list of clients per role.
