0007626: Inprove the calendar management including the definition of labor days

Description

Right now we are assuming that the weekend is always Saturday and Sunday, so if we are forcing some dates (due date of a debt payment for example) to be labor day we move to next Monday.

In some cases this is not correct so we should be able to set in the application which are our labor days.

It would be nice if it is possible to differentiate the different calendars that each customer / vendor can have. And also it would be nice to be able to include bank holidays, although the configuration of the bank holidays is very complex as they have to be set by region.
