Summary0007552: If a module is installed, a new version of it cannot be installed
DescriptionIf a module is installed, and you attempt to install a new version of it in the same instance, you will get an error.
Steps To Reproduce
Proposed SolutionA method in dbsourcemanager has to be changed so that it correctly modifies the audit info columns.

Fixed issue 7552. Now module installation when older version of the same module is present in the OB instance will work.
