Summary0007413: Install modules from file system fails
DescriptionIt's not possible to install a module from the obx file
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to module management/add Modules
2. Click on Browse Fyle System
3. Select the obx file and click continue

The page is reset and do nothing.
The logs don't show any error
