0007386: It is not possible to create an accounting combination if the name is too large

Description

If you open a accounting combination selector and select an organization, an account, a business partner with a large search key (40) or name (60), and a product with a large name, it is not possible to create this combination.

It seems that "Save" buttom is not working.

Steps To Reproduce

1 Create a Business Partner with a large value (40) and name (60)
2 Create a Product with a large value and name
3 Go to Business Partner || Customer || Customer Accounting
4 Open Account selector
5 Select an organization, an account, the created BP, and the new product. Try to "Save" this new combination. It is not possible.
