Summary0007363: Solve inconsistency in AD_COLUMN.name field, there are name clashes in one table
DescriptionThe AD_COLUMN.name and AD_COLUMN.ad_table_id should be unique together. It showed that there are several cases in AD_COLUMN where this did not apply. These name clashes have to be solved by changing the name of one of the 'clashing' columns.

See the attached xls for an overview. You only need to solve the ones with your name (see the last column in the excel).
