| Summary | 0007284: Service Project Report shows "null" instead of actual values |
| Description | I have three Service Projects. One in Open status, one in Order and one in Order Closed. I generate the Service Project report with standard filters and I get no data. All the values are shown as "null" |
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Create three Service Projects. Change one to Order Complete other to Order and leave one in Open status.
2. Go to Project and Services > Analysis Tools > Service Project Report
3. With standard filters, click html or pdf format buttons. No useful data is shown and there are some nulls instead of actual values. See attach. |

The report shows null values because there is no data to show. The report filters by startdate, which is not mandatory for a service project. If the projects have no startdate set, they wont be shown in the report.
"From project start date" filter is a mandatory filter to display the report and this can mislead the user because no data will be shown if the project have no start date selected.
The filter is being set to not required. |

Fixes bug 0007284 Service Project report shows null values. Filter startdate is not required anymore.
