Steps To ReproducePrevious data: Have a fiscal calendar, for instance 2008, but not 2009

1. Login
2. Go to Financial management->accounting->Set up->Fiscal calendar->Calendar->year. Select the year 2008
3. Click on Create Reg Fact Acct
