Steps To Reproduce-Import Spanish language correctly
-Logging the application using Spanish
-Go to:
Sales Management || Transactions || Create Shipments from Orders || Create Shipments from Orders
-The document type is not transalated to spanish, it appears in English.

Note that document type should be translated to the language is being tested to verify that this fix is working fine.
This can be checked in:
Financial Management || Accounting || Setup || Document Type
Translation tab.
