Summary0006888: On Multiphase Project, I cannot run the generate sales order process
DescriptionI create a new Organization to work with. Then, I create a Multiphase project for that Org. When running the Generate Orders process I get a message "null value in c_tax_id column violates the not null constraint"
Steps To Reproduce1. Create a new organization, OrgA.
2. Create a new multiphase project, complete all the required data and launch the Generate Orders process (on the project phase tab).
3. A message "null value in c_tax_id column violates the not null constraint" is shown. See attach.

"Create sales order from project phase" process is working properly if every field is configured.

The error mentioned in this issue comes up if the organization selected has no location defined. If this happens the taxes can not be calculated and this error pops up.

This error is properly captured when creating a sales order manually. It needs to be captured in this process as well.

Severity downgraded to minor because it is a message capturing issue.
