| Description | [this is a finding from user observations december 2008]
Form, field and value problems: fields with inappropriate defaults, clipped invisible values, intolerant date fields or incorrect field validation. Non-intelligent defaults and non-dependent values are also a source of annoyance. Simple things as a smart way to convert currencies is not catered for.
Solution: these issues are relatively simple to fix but need to be fixed in one go (pervasively). Either now as an umbrella fix or in Project XL.
