| Description | [this is a finding from user observation sessions december 2008]
Overall load, save, refresh, login, network and update behavior. Openbravo time after time surprises the user in a negative way with time-outs, save status ambiguity and not being able to deal correctly with network problems.
Solution: Not quite a GUI issue but more linked to technology. However, these are severe issues with a big impact on the user experience.
