Purchase Order Report - By filter dates and business partner

Steps To Reproduce

    * Login as Openbravo with Openbravo Admin role
    * Go to Procurement Management->Analysis Tools-> Purchase Order Report
    * A pop-up window must show up
    * Click the Business Partner icon and verify:
    * When you click the business partner icon, a pop-up window must show up and the radio button 'All' must be checked. Please select a vendor and click 'OK'
    * The Currency 'EUR' is selected by default
    * Fill the dates:
           Starting Date: 01-12-2008
           Ending Date: 31-12-2008
    * Select the 'Output type' as Excel, Html and PDF and verify the reports
