0006658: Price for product in multi-phase project taken from wrong price list version

Description

In Project and Service Management, the selected price list version is not respected when adding a product to a multiphase project phase or task. The system always uses the newest price list version, no matter what was selected.

Steps To Reproduce

When doing the final exercise of the BFT on the OB University Platform (2.40) I noticed the following:
I have created a multiphase project in Project and Service Management, now I select a product for a phase or for tasks within a phase.
I have several price list versions, among them "Sales 2006 - EUR" which I want to use, where this product costs 2000 Euro, but there is also a newer "Sales 2008 - EUR" list created later where it costs 2400.

I click to pop up the product selector, select the "Sales 2006 - EUR" price list version and click search. In the list of results I see the "Consulting Service" product I want to use with the correct applied price of 2000 Euro, I click to select it and click OK.
The product now appears with the wrong list price of 2400 Euro in my phase. This is the price from the "Sales 2008 - EUR". It is taken no matter what I select.

For comparison I tried adding the same product in a Sales Order, and there it correctly uses the price from the chosen price list, so this seems specific to Project and service management.
