Summary0006576: AD_TEXTINTERFACES is not updated when compiles
DescriptionIf you change some text or add new text in a manual html, jrxml or srtp file,
after compile, the content of AD_TEXTINTERFACES no change.
Steps To ReproduceEdit some manual html, for example:
1. Go to /org/openbravo/erpCommon/ad_forms/ModuleManagementInstalled.html
2. Search text: "Scan for updates"
3. Change the text to "New Scan for updates"
4. ant compile -Dtab=xx
(Important: compile WITHOUT "-Dtr=no" parameter)

This should mark not active the "Scan for updates" record in AD_TEXTINTERFACES and should create a new one with "New Scan for updates"
