Summary0006548: Base64 encoding uses non standard class from sun.misc
DescriptionFile src-core/src/org/openbravo/utils/CryptoSHA1BASE64.java uses non-standard class which may not be available on non Sun JVM implementations and may be removed without any notice.

As there is already commons-codec library in use which provides an equivalent implementation start using it.

Remove usage of sun.misc classes by replacing their use with commons-codec usage.
