Summary	0006511: Module installation history window has a javascript error
Description	When Search in Module Installation History an javascript error blocks all the application.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Go to General Setup/Module Management/Installation History 2. Select a user. 3. Click in Search button
Proposed Solution	Add missing javascript classes: messages.js and utility/MessagesJS.js. Don't validate changes in submit command form
