| Description | When the user clicks on the Add Modules tab for the first time, the list of available modules is empty.

| Steps To Reproduce | |
| Proposed Solution | The initial list on entering the Add Modules page should be prepopulated. Initial set could be all for now and later on it could be filtered by popularity (when we have a decent set of modules, let´s say more than 25). |
