Summary0006371: Do not run the function & trigger standardisation step when not needed
DescriptionWhen running create.database task after creating the structure the importdata task is run. This task starts the "function & trigger standardisation step" which takes 1-several minutes. But this step is not needed for data import.
Steps To Reproducerun create.database
see that "function & trigger standardisation" is run in importdata task and it takes several minutes
Proposed SolutionEnhance dbsourcemanager so that when loading the model the function & trigger standardisation can be ommited for the tasks which dont need it.

Issue affects 2.40 only and is in non-critical use-case (Create.databasE). Issue is not present in 2.50. As 2.40 is in maintenance mode only -> reject as no change required.
