DescriptionIn the virtual appliance of r.250alpha-r3 in VMWare image,
when apply modules is executed, throws an error:
  Workflow failed: Java returned 1

This is a problem of memory in generate-entities.

Added maxmemory to generate.entities task. Added iterator to OBQuery interface, Smaller changes to make the DAL uses a less memory and faster by re-using String constants.
