Summary0006315: Reference to module when importing reference for modules data is null in ad_ref_data_loaded table
DescriptionWhen importing reference data for a module the module reference is not inserted in the ad_ref_data_loaded table.

This becomes a problem when exporting translations for this data.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a database importing master data and look in the ad_ref_data_loaded.ad_module_id column all the values are null.
