Summary0006078: initial balance is not correct in General Ledger report
DescriptionWhen general ledger report is executed, and it exists previous accounting entries initial balance is not correct.

For example,if it exists Accounting entries in 2007 and "From date" filter in the report is filled within 01/01/2008, initial balance is not correct because it does not take into account the previous year.
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to General Ledger report and filter by one year (2007)
2. Execute the same report filtering by 2008. In this case, initial balance is not correct.
