0005993: Open/Close Period problems when only one organization is defined as period control allowed
When only one organization is defined as 'Is Period Control Allowed' into the application, the two subordinate comboboxes (Calendar and Year) don't work. The applications needs the user selects manually the organization in order to work properly.
1- Create an organization and define it as 'Is Period control Allowed'. Associate it a calendar. Make sure this organization is the only one that has the period control allowed.
2- Mark it as ready
3- Go to the Open/Close Period control window and you will see that neither the Calendar combobox nor the Year combobox are filled.

Mark the Organization combobox as not mandatory, thus the application forces the user to select an organization. When the user manually selects an organization, the two subordinate comboboxes are filled properly.
