0005953: The access to the openbravo network support uses a user that you have not configure
when you access to "openbravo network support" you are logged to the support portal with jma user (jordi.massaguer@opentrends.net) although you have not configure the user.
Then when you try to report the issue it does not work.

If you change the configuration it still use the default user

This issue has been reported again by another customer.
It has to be solved soon because the email of a partner is being distributed in all the installations.
