Description'Not Ready Organization' button shows the state of the organization instead of the action the button does, i.e., set the organization to ready.
Steps To Reproduce1) Go to 'General Setup || Enterprise || Organization'
2) Create a new record.

To verify this, you must check that the name of the button is not "Not Ready Organization" but yes "Set as Ready"
