Summary | 0058291: DO confirmed has been closed without cancelling it |
Description | We are reviewing a case reported by a customer where DO Issues are closed after being confirmed by users in the AWO terminal, even without first being cancelled and reversed. This leaves the DO Issue in “Closed” status and the corresponding DO Receipt in “Confirmed” status. |
Steps To Reproduce | We do not have steps to reproduce, the problem happens randomly although it is very frequent. |
