Description | while pos is loading it shows
"Performing login actions for camera Barcode scanner" even the configuration(Touchpoint type-> use device camera to scan barcodes) is disabled.

Steps To Reproduce | POS 24Q4 with all modules
login to the pos
after master data loading it shows this message
"Performing login actions for camera Barcode scanner" even the configuration(Touchpoint type-> use device camera to scan barcodes) is disabled.

The message displayed has nothing to do with the configuration raised. They are coming from different modules and the flag cannot affect the message that is being displayed |

From customer comments its a security issue for them, as they are not going to use this function.
is there any option/configuration to disable the message? |

I will try to explain what is happening in here. Currently there are two modules in charge of the camera.
1.-The one from Core which prepares the infra
2.-POS Module which allows you to use the camera for scanning
The message is coming from the 1st module while the configuration to use it comes from the second.
As of now, there is nothing that allow us to configure/change/enable/disable part 1 besides removing the module (and I am not sure if that is even possible).
This could be raised as a possible FR going through the appropriate channels.
