0057968: Close Order button is not displayed in portrait mode

Description

After loading an already created ticket in the POS, the "Close Order" button is not being displayed in the toolbar. Instead the "Delete Order" button appears. This is not consistent with the behavior in landscape mode.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Login in the POS2, go to the Orders window and load an existing order
2) Note that in landscape mode, the "Close Order" button is displayed which is used to close the loaded order.
3) Switch to portrait mode, note the the "Close Order" button is gone and instead the "Delete Order" button is shown.
