Description	Tax Check and Tax Modification user action not available in blind returns
Steps To Reproduce	Configure a User Input named Tax Check, List type. Enter any value as Search Key and Text. Configure the Tax Check User Action input linked to above one Go to product window and select the product Balaclava. Linked it to the Exempt Tax Category In the Tax Rate window select the Exempt Tax Category, and configure above Tax Check for the only sales tax rate linked to this category. Go to the POS Make a sale for the product Balaclava. Realize that the tax check feature (TAX REASON) is available for the sales line. Create another transaction and make a blind return by using the user action “Return Line”. After that, verify that the tax check feature is NOT available. Proposed Solution: tax check user action must work for blind returns as rest of user actions. Same applies to Tax Modification.
