0057937: difference of response between Get Order and Push order
We have detected an inconsistency in the data sent to us from your API / Webhook. The problematic data is located in the ‘discountType’ property present in the promotions of a ticket line.


When your Webhook sends us the ticket, the promotion indicated at the ‘discountType’ level is ‘Price Adjustment’ (Screen 1).

However, when we use your API, it returns the discountType with the value ‘Price Adjustment’ (Screen 2).

Compare the message sent by Push API and Get of this order
