0057907: Update the Supported and Recommended Browser Versions List

Description

The current list of supported and recommended browsers for the application needs to be updated to reflect the latest major versions as specified in the system requirements documentation.

Proposed Changes:
Update the list of supported and recommended browsers to include the current major versions of Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, EdgeHTML, and Safari once the release is launched in QA Approved status.

The minimum supported version should be updated to the previous major version of these browsers once the release is launched in QA Approved status.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Using a browser version equal or higher than the recommended one
1.a. Navigate to the Login page. Check that no message is shown
2. Using a browser version equal or higher than the minimum one but lower than the recommended one
2.a. Navigate to the Login page. Check that a warning message about the version is shown
3. Using a browser version lower than the minimum one
3.a. Navigate to the Login page. Check that you are unable to continue

Proposed Solution

Review and verify the current and previous major versions of the browsers from the provided links or other reliable sources.
Update the application's list of supported and recommended browsers to reflect these versions.
