Description | There are some products that are behaving wrongly at the moment the POS2 user is trying to add them to the ticket. This has been reproduced using Android devices such as an smartphone and a tabled (not tested with iOS ones yet).
At the moment of tapping in the product button, sometimes it is directly added, sometimes the screen blinks and does nothing and some other behaviours have also been found.
It can be related with "Show Product Card Before adding to Order" property having some conflict with some other property (Wax candles seems to be behaving properly even with "Show Product Card Before adding to Order" to YES).
This regression takes place since 24Q4, it has also been reproduced in 25Q1 but not in livebuilds master. |
Steps To Reproduce | 0-Using an Android device in portrait mode, login POS2 as vallblanca.
1-Once in the main screen, tap in "multi-tool" product and check its behaviour. In case it works properly, try again until the wrong behaviour is watched. It must be easy to reproduce. |
