| Summary | 0057888: [25Q1] The Create OTF Product window is not adjusted to the screen width of the device in portrait mode |
| Description | The width of the 'Create OTF Product' window is not adjusted to the screen of a tablet or phone device when in portrait mode, so there is a blank margin at the right side. In a computer, it can be seen by opening developer tools in the same browser tab and dragging it to change to landscape mode.
This has been tested and reproduced in an Android tablet, an iPad, and an iPhone.
For reference on how this works in other similar windows, such as the gift card creation window, see the attached giftcard.png image. In these cases, the buttons from the top right side and the scrollbar are adjusted to the width as expected. |
| Steps To Reproduce | 1) Log in to back office
2) Go to Channel Touchpoint Type and open 'POS2SD VBS POS2 Terminal Type'
3) Set the 'Product OTF Creation' field to 'Allow new product and from existing product', and save the record
4) Log in to POS
5) Push 3-vertical-dots button below the total of the order
6) Select 'Create OTF Product'
7) If you are in landscape mode, change to portrait mode |
