0057836: Unable to print a draft Purchase Order when 'Reprintable Documents' = Enable
When at Organization level, the 'Reprintable Documents' is set to True, it is not possible to print a Purchase Order while it's not Booked.

To give more context to this incidence,
- It is reported by a customer who is being updated from an old release.
- In his current version, the Purchase Orders are printed in draft status to share it with the provider before confirm it.
- In the new version, the reprintable documents functionality is configured to print POS tickets or invoice (Sales Orders, Return from customer or Sales Invoice) from the BO using the same template that in the POS.
- Reprintable documents should not affect to Purchase Orders transactions.
- It is a regression for the customer.

This is not an issue because the idea of immutable reports is that when we print something, any time that we print again, the result must be exactly the same
but this does not make sense for draft orders because those are mutable by definition.
So I think this is a design defect.
