0057723: SCO Error processing FiltersCriteria when completing a order and sending email as document delivery
A error processing FiltersCriteria popup is shown when completing an order and delivering the document by email.
BO:

1. Go to the BO → 'CRM Connector Configuration' window

2. Open the CRM connector → 'Filter' tab

3. Open 'bpEmail' filter → Ensure 'Input value is selected in the 'Reference' field

4. Go to 'API Property for Customer' tab

5. Open 'email' property

6. Ensure 'Use as' field is not blank

7. Ensure email that will be entered belongs to a registered customer, including their Tax ID and phone


POS:

    
1. Log in to POS

2. Click top right SCO button

3. Push 'Start' button

4. Scan one or more products

5. Push 'Finish and Pay' button

6. Confirm Basket

7. Select 'Credit Card' payment method

8. Select 'Simplified Invoice' document type

9. Select 'Email' delivery option

10. Push 'Continue' button

11. Introduce a valid Email into input field

12. Push 'Send' button
