0057554: POS 2 - Initial count asked while I'm using a safebox

Description

In Master, when opening my POS, the initial count view is displayed, while I'm using safebox.

-> When using a safebox, the initial count view should be displayed :
- if the 'unique safe box initial counting' = FALSE : after the selection of the safebox
- if the 'unique safe box initial counting' = TRUE : the initial counting should be done through the 'Initial count' view.

Steps To Reproduce

On back office :
- configure your touchpoint in order to use safebox, with 'unique safe box initial counting' = TRUE
- Make sure "Initial count cash" set to false for every payment in touchpoint type payment method.
- configure the payment method cash so it's managed in safebox

On POS :
- Open a POS
- the 'Initial count' view is displayed, with no way the selec a payment method

Proposed Solution

The initial count window should not be shown when
- Initial count cash was not true for any Payment method of the terminal and,
- unique safe box initial counting is true.
