Steps To ReproduceSteps:
Create an Opecom
In 'For Templates and WebPOS UI', select "List Price + Discount Percentage"

Current Result: The display on the register is incorrect > the discount amount is displayed instead of discount %

It is working as expected.
The opecom created on your example was not activated, you need to set it on the window and then launch the process request.
You can check my screenshot to see the result

No, the opecom is activated with the process request. Only the screenshot was done before the activation but for sure it is activated. If not, no discount would be shown at all.
But you are right, I have used a pack instead of a product so the discount % was not shown. With a product, it is ok
