In the back office have :
In the channel touchpoint type windows , in the section ‘Openbravo POS Terminal cofiguration':
’Allow changing the sales representative in a closed order' ='Y'
Open a complete sale with several productP1,P2,P3 and go to ‘Receipt Properties' of the ticket
Select the products P1 and P2 by checking them and click on the '3 dots' button
In the 'Product Line' pop-up try to change the sales representatives with U2, but it's not possible because the 'Sales representative’ field is grayed out
but if you try to do it line by line it's working correctly |
