Summary0057210: Move content of org.openbravo.retail.config module to backoffice/core repo
DescriptionGoal is to have:
- Remove the org.openbravo.retail.config module entirely going ahead
- Have content of old org.openbravo.retail.config module available in backoffice

Done to:
- Allow merging modules depending on retail.config into backoffice in the future
- Reducing module-count

ISSUE-57210: Merge org.openbravo.retail.config.fr_FR content

The module org.openbravo.retail.config has been merged into the
backoffice/core module.
This moves the translation content of the corresponding
org.openbravo.retail.config.fr_FR module into the fr_FR translation
module of backoffice/core.

ISSUE-57210: Replace dependency on retail.config with client.application

org.openbravo.retail.config module content has been merged into
backoffice/core repo => Drop the declared dependency on it.

However some content in this module requires a dependency on
org.openbravo.client.application.

Specifically this js file:
web/org.openbravo.distributionorder/js/ob-obdo-convertrequisitions.js
Uses both:
- OB object itself
- OB.RemoteCallManager

That means that in the web/js/gen file (of backoffice) which is created
following module dependency it needs to be ordered after
org.openbravo.client.application content.
Not doing that leads to immediate JS error trying to load the we/js/gen
file on login.

Add an explicit dependency on org.openbravo.client.application now that
the indirect dependency chain (DO -> org.openbravo.retail.config ->
org.openbravo.client.application) is no longer there.

a.) + b.) are false positives as the new EM_OBRETCO_RETAILORGTYPE has no
default vaule so will be null for all existing rows and that satisfies
those check constraints
c.) similarly is a false positive with the
EM_OBRETCO_AVAILABLECROSSSTORE initialized with value from Available
column which will satisfy the constraint for all existing rows also.

2.) Adding model part of retail.config to API repo

Releae process will auto-pickup and newly created database elements on
the next release packaging (to have them available in this reference
repo.
However for this content move that is too late.
As we have other modules pointing to i.e. tables from retail.config we
need to have them available 'somewhere' in the combined
backoffice-api/model + mobile-api/model model we are loading for
api-check.
As they are being removed from mobile-api repo we need to add them
directly here to backoffice-api repo to avoid the model failing to load.

If this is done while try-ret-api is without issues we are not breaking
api-check process as just moving 'clean state' from 1 repo to another.

ISSUE-57210: Remove retail.config from mobile-api (java part)

- The java part of api-check for mobile-api has it's own list of
  javapackages it considers part of mobile-api.
  Remove org.openbravo.retail.config from that list to stop
  export.retail.api task to consider it part of pos1 (now that the
  org.openbravo.retail.config is part of backoffice)
- Commit java.japi.gz file create after first step to have good
  reference api to no longer have org.openbravo.retail.config content.

ISSUE-57210: Remove retail.config from model part of mobile-api

org.openbravo.retail.config has been moved to backoffice.
So remove the reference file here from mobile-api so it stops checking
this module as part of try-ret-api/ret-api (model part).

ISSUE-57210: Update json file to remove org.openbravo.retail.config.*

The module org.openbravo.retail.config has been merged into
core/backoffice.
It's translation modules for (es_ES,fr_FR,it_IT,pt_PT,zh_CN) have been
merged into the translation of the core module for that language.

Remove those 6 modules from all main json files targeting git master.
