0057210: Move content of org.openbravo.retail.config module to backoffice/core repo

Description

Goal is to have:
- Remove the org.openbravo.retail.config module entirely going ahead
- Have content of old org.openbravo.retail.config module available in backoffice

Done to:
- Allow merging modules depending on retail.config into backoffice in the future
- Reducing module-count
