For TableDir reference column, filter excludes the '*' org when cross org is not enabled.
Steps To Reproduce- Prior to the fix for Issue 57088

- Login with User Profile having Organization as *
- Go to Delivery Note Window
- In Grid view, Create new record.
- Realize that Organization field is set with * organization

Organization field in the Delivery note has column reference as Table Dir and Allow Cross Organization as Yes.

- the filter is not excluding the '*' org
