Description	For TableDir reference column, filter does not exclude the '' org when cross org is enabled. For TableDir reference column, filter excludes the '' org when cross org is not enabled.
Steps To Reproduce	- Prior to the fix for Issue 57088 https://issues.openbravo.com/view.php?id=57088 [^] - Login with User Profile having Organization as * - Go to Delivery Note Window - In Grid view, Create new record. - Realize that Organization field is set with * organization Organization field in the Delivery note has column reference as Table Dir and Allow Cross Organization as Yes. https://gitlab.com/openbravo/product/openbravo/-/blob/master/src/org/openbravo/reference/ui/UITableDir.java#L79 [^] - the filter is not excluding the '*' org - It is excluded when cross org is not enabled
