Description	When a promo is created individually it works but when you want to associate it with a loyalty program it no longer works
Steps To Reproduce	Create a promotion Create a loyalty programs Link the loyalty program to the promotion Connect to the POS Assign the ticket to a loyalty program member Add a product affected by the promotion
