| Description | When clicking on ‘Convert to return’ then adding the items, no approbation is displayed. | |||||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | On Back-office : On seller role > user action ‘Return Ticket’ to ‘Approval Required’. Set user action input : User Action = Return Ticket / User input = Return line reason On POS : Open a new ticket Add items Click on the ticket shortcuts menu > ‘Convert to return’ The return reason is displayed After adding the reason, the approval is required =>OK Open a new ticket Click on the ticket shortcuts menu > ‘Convert to return’ Add items → the reasons is displayed BUT the approval is never asked. => KO | |||||||||||
