0056899: [24Q4] Cannot change the delivery mode of a 'Cancel and Replace'

Description

Currently it is not possible to modify the delivery mode of a 'Cancel and Replace' order. The error message says that it is because the ticket has payments (see the attached image).

This issue is reproducible from 24Q3 onward.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Log in POS
2) Add a product to the ticket
3) Complete the payment with Cash
4) Go to Orders
5) Click the three-dots button of the most recent order
6) Select 'Cancel and Replace Order'
7) Click the Receipt Properties button at the upper right side of the ticket => The error message is shown
