Summary0056889: [24q4] Employee Discount Threshold is ignored when both discounted and non-discounted products are added
DescriptionIf a product with a discount exceeding the Employee Discount Threshold is added along with a non-discounted product to the order, the excess discount is ignored, and the order can still be completed.
The issue is reproducible both for automatic and manual discount

In the BO:
1. In the 'Employee' tab of 'Business Partner' window activate the 'Employee' flag for selected customer
2. In the 'Retail Configuration' section of 'Organization' window introduce 10 into 'Employee Discount Threshold' field for selected organization
3. In the 'API Property for Customer' tab of 'CRM Connector Configuration' window create an entry with the following values:
- API Key: employee
- Active: ✔
- Reference: Boolean
- Translatable: ✔
- Message: OBPOS2_IsEmployeeInfo
- Use As: Employee
- Trigger for promotion: ✔
4. Save the changes
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to POS
2. Assign the selected Customer to the Order
3. Add the product to the order
4. Click the product line
5. Push 'Discount' option
6. Click 'disc_5_ var_perc' discount
7. Introduce 15% as a discount value → Push 'Apply' button
8. Pay attention to the displayed error stating that total discount percentage applied has been exceeded
9. Push 'Ok' button → Add another product without any discount
10.Push 'Pay' button

Actual result: The Employee Discount Threshold is ignored and the order can be completed
